UK News: Magistrates told to delay jailing criminals as weekly prison population reaches highest level since 2011

There are only 100 spaces left in men’s prisons in England and Wales, according to reports.

A 52-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman in Scotland, police said.
